By participating in the Who Moved My Protein® Free Protein Draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The draw is open to customers aged 18 years and above.

  • Participants must:

    • Follow @whomovedmyprotein on Instagram.

    • Place an order on the official Who Moved My Protein® website.

  • Only prepaid orders are eligible. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible.

2. How the Draw Works

  • Every eligible prepaid order automatically qualifies as one entry into the draw.

  • Two (2) orders will be randomly selected each week.

  • The selected orders will receive a 100% refund of the order value, effectively making the protein free.

3. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • Winners are selected randomly.

  • Winners are announced every Saturday via:

    • Official Instagram handle, and/or

    • Direct communication (email / WhatsApp used during checkout).

  • The brand’s decision is final and binding.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing time may vary based on the payment gateway or bank policies.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable, unless stated otherwise.

5. Order Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancelled or returned orders will be disqualified from the draw.

  • Any attempt to manipulate orders (multiple cancellations, fake orders, etc.) will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Fair Use Policy

  • Who Moved My Protein® reserves the right to:

    • Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or unfair practices.

    • Modify, suspend, or terminate the draw at any time without prior notice.

7. No Transfer or Exchange

  • The refund benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or discounts.

8. Platform Disclaimer

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta in any way.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • Participation in the Free Protein Draw constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
