At Who Moved My Protein?, we work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of successful order confirmation. Dispatches are carried out Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. We currently ship across India.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
