1. Overview

The website https://whomovedmyprotein.com(the “Site”) and its related services are owned and operated by Minova Life Sciences Private Limited (doing business as Who Moved My Protein). By using the Site or buying products from it you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

The Site is for natural persons who can form binding contracts in India. Minors and persons unable to contract may not use the Site except through a legal guardian.

3. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms by (a) clicking “I agree” when prompted, or (b) using the Site. These Terms (and linked policies such as our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy) form the agreement between you and us.

4. Accounts & Security

You may register an account or checkout as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Orders, Pricing & Availability

We may limit order quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or change prices without notice. Product images and colors are for reference only. All offers are void where prohibited.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method. All payments are in Indian Rupees. Refunds are processed only as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Damages or defects must be reported within the timeframes set in that policy.

The Site may link to or provide optional third-party tools. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not liable for it. Use third-party tools at your own risk.

If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes is Mumbai, Maharashtra. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, unless otherwise agreed.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site and (where appropriate) notified by email. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
