Refund policy

Products purchased from the official Who Moved My Protein online store www.whomovedmyprotein.com are not eligible for return once delivered.
However, we offer a full replacement for any product that is damaged or defective on arrival.

To process a replacement, our customer support team will verify the issue through email, phone, or WhatsApp. Once validated, your replacement order will be dispatched immediately.

Please note:

  • Replacement and refund requests must be raised within 7 days of order delivery.

  • Requests made after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
You may check your order status anytime in the “My Account” section.

If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹200 will apply to cover forward and reverse logistics charges.

To cancel a shipped order, please contact our customer support team.
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.


Merchandise Store - Return & Exchange Policy

Who Moved My Protein’s merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery for any reason.

You’re welcome to try the item, but we request that it remains:

  • unused,

  • in original condition,

  • with all tags and packaging intact.

If the product comes with a seal tag, please ensure it remains attached during return or exchange.

If you wish to return merchandise, we provide a free pickup service.
Simply email us at support@whomovedmyprotein.com or message us on WhatsApp, and our delivery partner will collect the product from your address.
